Studio Troubleshooting
Overview
Most Studio issues come from unclear prompts, mismatched reference modes, too many constraints, or using Studio for a task better handled by a dedicated Codia tool.
Use this page to diagnose the first fix before restarting a project.
Common Issues
| Issue | Try this |
|---|---|
| The result looks good but misses the brief | Add asset type, audience, channel, required text, visual hierarchy, and non-goals. |
| The reference image is used incorrectly | Change the reference mode to Edit, Style, Layout, or Character. |
| The output has the wrong shape | Set the aspect ratio before generating. |
| Too many results are inconsistent | Reduce output count or make the prompt more specific. |
| Brand style is drifting | Use a Brand Kit and include brand constraints in the prompt. |
| Small layout changes are hard in chat | Move the result to the canvas. |
| You cannot find a previous asset | Check the session history and Library. |
