Prices are shown on the pricing and checkout pages in JPY (tax included) or USD (tax added separately where applicable).
Additional fees
- For Japanese customers, applicable consumption tax (currently 10%) is added once Codia is registered as a Qualified Invoice Issuer with Japan's National Tax Agency. The registration number will be published on this page once issued.
- Internet access and telecommunications charges are the customer's responsibility.
Payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified Stripe, Inc.
Payment timing
- Subscriptions: charged immediately on order; auto-renewed at the start of each billing period.
- Credit packs: charged immediately on order.
Delivery of services
Services are made available immediately upon successful payment.
Returns / cancellation / refunds
Digital content; generally non-refundable after payment. Exceptions: (a) our technical failure preventing any use of the Service; (b) duplicate or erroneous charges; (c) where Japan's Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory law requires a refund. See /docs/refund-policy.
Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time from Account Settings before the next renewal date.
