Illustrator to Figma:
Import AI and EPS Files as Editable Layers

Figma can't open .ai or .eps files directly. Install Codia AI Illustrator from Figma Community, run it from the Plugins menu in any Figma file, sign in with your Codia account and choose your .ai or .eps file. The plugin rebuilds the artwork on your canvas as editable vectors, text and groups.
